Q. & A. with Eric
Why did you start breeding?
I moved to Riverside in 2016, acquired my first pure-bred German Rottweiler in 2017, and started breeding in 2019. Captivated by the breed, I wanted to share the joy of Rottweiler ownership. Now in Menifee, I prioritize my dogs' health and apply strict breeding standards to promote the best lineage. This is more than just a business; it's my passion and contribution to the Rottweiler community.
What makes your program special?
We have stunning Rottweiler dogs with unique physical and behavioral traits. Their impressive appearance, athletic bodies, strong bones, and friendly demeanor make them excellent family pets. We prioritize their health by conducting thorough tests through OFA or ADRK before breeding, ensuring you receive a healthy, happy, well-bred pup.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Price
Puppy prices include a $3,500 non-refundable deposit and $0 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Our puppies, from world-renowned bloodlines with outstanding pedigrees, are $3,500 each. They are alluring, vigorous, and have sound temperaments. We require a nonrefundable deposit of $500 and a signed puppy contract to reserve a puppy. The remaining balance of $3,000 is payable at puppy pick-up when they are eight weeks old. Von Der Hing Rottweiler Kennel is currently not open to the public for kennel site visits. This measure is to prevent the spread of the parvovirus and ensure the safety of our dogs and puppies. We kindly request potential clients to confirm their serious interest by depositing their funds before a kennel visit can be arranged. Potential clients who want to see the puppy’s parents before depositing funds can arrange a FaceTime meet-and-greet.
The puppies come dewormed four times and receive two sets of combo vaccines, which include distemper, adenovirus type 2, parvovirus, and parainfluenza. They will also be microchipped and have undergone a health examination by a veterinarian. You will receive AKC registration paperwork with full rights, a 4-generation pedigree to trace their lineage, and a two-year health guarantee that covers genetic diseases such as hip and elbow dysplasia, heart issues, and JLPP. . The deposit is $500 non-refundable, and the remaining balance is $3,000 due at the time of puppy pick up.”
