I'm Mark H., the breeder behind Von Haus Hushon Rottweilers located in Delta, PA. Our program is built on European working bloodlines — primarily Serbian and German lines with documented pedigrees. We don’t cut corners on health. Every dog in our breeding program is OFA certified for hips and elbows and tested JLPP clear before we ever consider breeding them.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Mark didn’t set out to become a breeder. He wanted a Rottweiler done right — good bloodlines, health tested, the real thing. Once he found dogs worth having, it made sense to breed them and share that with other people who felt the same way. The program grew from there. It’s still small by design. The goal was never volume — it was putting good dogs in the right hands and not compromising.

  • What makes your program special?

    Most breeders around here are running AKC lines and calling it good. We went a different direction — Serbian and German working bloodlines, ADRK influence, dogs built the way the breed was intended. Every dog in our program is health tested before they ever produce a litter. We’re not the cheapest option and we’re not trying to be. We’re a small farm operation that does things right!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black and mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Mark

Mark has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Mark partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Buyers are welcome to choose their own puppy. If you’d prefer guidance, we’re happy to help match you with the right dog based on your family and lifestyle.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Puppies come with AKC registration, first round of shots, and deworming completed. Deposits are non-refundable. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis for serious life circumstances at the breeder’s discretion. They can also be applied to a future litter.”

Contract & health guarantee

Mark may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
