Q. & A. with Patricia
Why did you start breeding?
I won Iams "Breeder of the Year" in 1990 with three dogs from my first litter. Their dam was my pet Rottie turned show dog who had 3 litters—and a Best in Show in each! I strive to not only produce beautiful puppies and continue my show line but to help promote responsible breeding in order to ensure that the Rottweiler will continue to thrive for generations to come with its best qualities.
What makes your program special?
I was encouraged to show my first Rottweiler and got hooked on showing purebred dogs. This pet turned show dog was bred 3 times and produced a Best in Show in each litter as well as several champions from those litters, which made her a Bronze producer! I have selectively bred and produced nearly 70 champions who have excellent health clearances and are intelligent dogs with great temperaments. While many of my dogs have become excellent show prospects and champions, all of them have become excellent family dogs and lifelong friends!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
