Q. & A. with Wendy
Why did you start breeding?
We started for the love of the breed. There were very few breeders in the Northeast. We started breeding originally back in the early 2000’s we had 2 breeding females and one stud male. We set it aside when we adopted a child with special needs that required all of our focus. They have always remained a part of our family though.
What makes your program special?
We are a small home based breeder. We know the breed well and our breeders are part of our family, they sleep in our bed, they go to camp with us and we love sharing these babies with others. Our babies are raised in the house and are handled by the family, they are exposed to other dogs, cats, children.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include seal brindle and white, seal and white, and brindle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
