I'm Rachel M., the breeder behind West Cactus Kennels LLC located in San Diego, CA. While "kennels" are in our name, we have no outside kennels to raise dogs. They are a part of our family from day one. Avidog and Midwoofery Breeder Training Certifications and Puppy Culture and Empowered breeder curriculum programs are followed to help us raise exceptional puppies. I take continuing education seriously.
