What a wonderful experience we had with Wet Kisses Bichons. Angela is a wonderful breeder to work with, she gave us lots of information about the breed. She made sure we were ready and comfortable with our choice of a puppy. I admire a breeder who is passionate about quality and produce a healthy puppy. We were able to visit her prior to deciding as much as wanted. We are still in touch and plan to continue to update her often.
