I'm Jennifer B., the breeder behind Whirlwind Flat-Coated Retrievers located in Stillwater, MN. We value responsible breeding practices and want to do our part to ensure the Flat-Coated Retriever will continue to thrive. We built our program with care and intention in every step. We are passionate about the health and well-being of this breed, and it is our goal to provide each dog that comes from our program with a solid foundation of good health, neurological development, and loving care. I usually have only one breeding female at a time, so I only have litters occasionally.

“The price includes AKC microchip, AKC registration papers and pedigree, appropriate vaccines up to age of pickup, deworming, heartworm preventative once old enough. In the event I cannot supply a puppy from the current litter, the deposit will be refunded. I don't produce enough litters to hold deposits for future litters.”
Jennifer may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Ghost is an awesome puppy. Well socialized and brave. We have had quite a week with him and he has been a trooper through all of the new situations.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
