Q. & A. with Debrah
Why did you start breeding?
I understand the very important role that breeders undertake; that today’s breeders are the guardians of the future Rottweilers. I wanted to do my part to better the breed. My breeding program strives to maintain the unique characteristics of the Rottweiler while placing an emphasis on producing dogs of superior health, temperament, and structure.
What makes your program special?
I have been breeding Rottweilers of sound mind and body for over 35 years. We will be having our 9th generation of Wildhaven puppies this year. I know the health and status of every dog I have bred and am proud of the temperament and conformation of my puppies. I can provide extensive knowledge and guidance for any family looking to bring home one of these wonderful dogs. I work with passion, heart, integrity, and truly want what's best for the Rottweiler breed. I am a preservation breeder meaning that I breed and show my dogs to the Rottweiler breed standards in AKC, UKC, and ARK German Sieger shows. We do all health clearances of hips, elbows, heart, eyes and JLPP.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black and mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
