Shawna was so easy to talk to and made the whole process go so smoothly. From the video chat introduction to the day of meet up, everything about our process was so easy. She was also very responsive to all the questions we had! Our girl is an absolute angel and loving life!

Shawna was so amazing to work with. The process was smooth, she was always available to answer questions, and sent us frequent photos and video updates. Our little Indy was well socialized before we picked her up and has been the perfect addition to our family. We will definitely be working with Willow Moons again for our future pets!

Shawna is one of the best breeders that I have had the pleasure of working with. I have another dog that I purchased from a breeder and although that exchange went smooth, Shawna made the experience of adding another family member to my house hold so easy and even more exciting than it already is. I reached out about the puppy that I was interested in and she responded very swiftly. She was also very personable and I did not feel as if it was a business transaction, rather it was a conversation from one dog lover to another. We set up a video chat so that Shawna could meet us and answer any questions that we might have, she was very thorough in answering all my MANY questions and gave me peace of mind that I had found a breeder that truly cares about all of her puppies. When we decided that the puppy (now named Olive) was going to be the next member of our family, the process was super smooth. We had about 3 weeks to wait to pick Olive up and during that wait time Shawna constantly gave me pictures and videos of my soon to be new family member. That was such an amazing thoughtful thing for her to do. During pick up she had a HUGE goodie bag with all of the "new puppy essentials" including some immune system booster medicine. She also had a separate folder with all of the paperwork consisting of medical records and dates for future shots. She also included pamphlets with advice on what to expect with a new puppy, brands of supplements and so many other helpful things! Although I am not a first time dog owner, nor a first time puppy raiser, having all these extra things included really showed me that she wants the best for her puppies and their families! If I ever add another dachshund to my family I will be reaching out to Shawna. Thank you for giving such love and care into your puppies! It is so nice to have the peace of mind that I am getting a dog with no prior heath conditions, or genetic diseases that could potentially pre-maturely take her away from me. It is also so great to know that my puppy has parents and and grandparents that have good behavior. Again thank you so much for all the care that you put into your puppies!

Shawna was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very open and honest about the whole adoption process and was even willing to do a Zoom so I could see my baby! We will definitely come back to Shawna if our Ginger (Molly now) needs a sibling!

Working with Shawna was a dream. As a vet tech of almost 14 years, this was my first time purchasing a pure bred puppy. She was so informative, responded quickly, and allowed me to feel involved in River’s life prior to him coming home. She cares for each of these puppies with such love. Her passion for the breed is unmatched. Thank you for our perfect addition to the family.
