All I have to say is that Kerry and her husband were awesome! Kerry sent multiple updates after we reserved our King Charles puppy with photos/videos ahead of meeting him. They also arranged a seamless pickup where they met us halfway to pick up our new baby with registration papers, vet records, etc. They asked what we wanted to name him so they could start using the name ahead of time and he already responds to it. The icing on the cake was the photo book that they included in the puppy pack that had pictures of the litter and parents, which was a sweet personal touch! We could tell immediately that our baby was coming from a warm, responsible, and caring environment. He is a PUPPY, but has acclimated well with our other pets, easy to train, and well socialized. They are the real deal and highly recommend!!!

I was impressed with how smoothly my transaction was with Kerry. Her attention to detail with my cavalier was great. She sent me pictures and videos. She also included a puppy gift pack when I picked up my puppy. My experience was great, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a puppy.
