I'm Kathy W., the breeder behind Witzel Cavaliers located in Greenville, KY. We love this breed and the affection that they give to all those around them! We are full time with our pups from birth to when they are on their way to share their love with their new family!

Why did you start breeding?
My experience with breeding started in 1994 with miniature Dachshunds. I fell in love with the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed after one of our dachshunds, Laura passed away and we adopted our first Cavalier. We loved the breed so much, we got 4 more and decided to breed to share the love we have with others.What makes your program special?
All of our pups in our breeding program, as well as mother & daughter dachshunds are our family. They are not kept in kennels. They share our couch and personal space. LOL We are empty nesters and having all of our pups bring that adorable chaos into our home. The puppies have their own room, but when they become mobile, they share the common space with everyone. We are 24/7 hands on.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blenheim, ruby, black and tan, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

"Price is determined by Limited AKC Registration. Price will also reflect any noted defects such as Umbilical Hernia, undescended testicles etc. Terms and conditions of the deposit are stated in the puppy deposit agreement."

About ELODIE
Elodie is our little merle colored baby. She is a momma's girl through and through. Her coloring is not AKC standard, but she is 100% Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She will not be ready to breed until 2026. According to her DNA matched with our Sire, Carter she will throw 50% Black & Tan and 50% Ruby. She only carries 1 Merle gene which does not make it dominant, however she might throw a Merle. At this time it is unknown because she has not been bred. She is registered with APRI and the puppies will also be APRI registered.

Kathy was very responsive from the moment I inquired. We loved seeing the updates on Emmy Lou and her siblings. It's obvious her first weeks with Kathy we're filled with love. Emmy Lou had a great first vet appointment with our family vet. She is doing remarkable with both potty and limited crate training. She's a great snuggler when she's not busy playing!

Kathy is an incredible breeder! She gave me updates very frequently , is very responsive , and even arranged a pickup in my city !
