I'm Nicole B., the breeder behind XOXO YORKIES located in West Palm Beach, FL. At XOXO Yorkie's, we raise beautiful Yorkie's in our Florida home with love and attention. All puppies come with a Florida Health Certificate, AKC or CKC limited registration if requested , 1 year health guarantee, fecal testing ,UTD vaccinations, de-worming , puppy care package , and breeder life time support to ensure a smooth transition into their new homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My love for Yorkies began in 2014 when I brought home my first Yorkshire Terrier and Maltese. What started as being a devoted dog mom grew into a passion for raising happy, healthy Yorkies. I began breeding to share the same joy these wonderful companions have brought into my life with other loving families, ensuring each puppy is raised with care, love, and attention in my home.

  • What makes your program special?

    At XOXO Yorkies, every puppy is raised in my Florida home with hands-on care, early socialization, and plenty of love. I keep my program small to focus on quality over quantity, ensuring each Yorkie gets the attention they deserve. My goal is to provide families with well-adjusted, healthy companions who are truly ready for their forever homes. with lifetime breeder support.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include liver, tan and white, chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, tan, blue and gold, black and tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Nicole

Nicole has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Nicole partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $3,050 final payment, before taxes & fees.

A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy and is applied toward the total purchase price. This ensures your chosen puppy is held exclusively for you until pickup.”

Contract & health guarantee

Nicole may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
