Why did you start breeding?
My love for Yorkies began in 2014 when I brought home my first Yorkshire Terrier and Maltese. What started as being a devoted dog mom grew into a passion for raising happy, healthy Yorkies. I began breeding to share the same joy these wonderful companions have brought into my life with other loving families, ensuring each puppy is raised with care, love, and attention in my home.What makes your program special?
At XOXO Yorkies, every puppy is raised in my Florida home with hands-on care, early socialization, and plenty of love. I keep my program small to focus on quality over quantity, ensuring each Yorkie gets the attention they deserve. My goal is to provide families with well-adjusted, healthy companions who are truly ready for their forever homes. with lifetime breeder support.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include liver, tan and white, chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, tan, blue and gold, black and tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Nicole

Price
"Price reflects AKC limited registration, genetically tested parents, 1-year health guarantee, Florida health certificate, up-to-date vaccines & deworming, a care package, and lifetime breeder support. A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy and is applied toward the total purchase price. This ensures your chosen puppy is held exclusively for you until pickup."
Contract & health guarantee
Nicole may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
