I'm Marrield B., the breeder behind Yorkie Acres (@yorkie_2_life) located in Edwardsville, IL. We have a household full of Yorkshire Terriers and feel it is our duty to give them the best life. We are looking for a family that is willing to love and cherish their fur baby. We prioritize happiness and well being over financial gain. We love to stay in touch with new puppy parents.

Why did you start breeding?
I don't like to say we breed, as we allow our female Yorkshires to live their life naturally. I wouldn't want someone telling me I couldn't have children. Usually we allow 2-3 liters until we fix them. We are not avid breeders as we only have two females at the moment. One that is getting fixed after this litter and the other is too young.What makes your program special?
We love to keep in touch with our new and old yorkie families. We have an instagram dedicated to our yorkies and love to share special moments regularly. We are not dedicated breeders. Maybe 1-2 liters every few years.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are tan and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Daisy
Daisy is a sweetheart who loves to talk with her humans and play with the 'littles' Jax and Jerry. She loves napping in the sun, catching bugs and bringing them to her humans, digging in the garden, and playing fetch with the frisbee or ball. She is an avid 'player' of the yorkie frisbee game 'Mine', often bringing back pine cones or either yard trimmings into the house when another dog wins the game. She loves baths and blow-drying time!

Jerry is a wonderful little dog who loves cuddles, scratches, and sleeping with Mom! He is a lively member of our pack whose favorite pastime is patrolling the yard and burying small bones. He is very good-natured but playful.
