I'm ANNA S., the breeder behind YORKIES BY THE LAKE located in Lakeport, CA. Dedicated to finding loving homes for puppies. Our yorkies are well behaved, clean, and eat nutritious foods including Royal Canin and Blue Buffalo. They are inside dogs but love to be outside barking at squirrels and delivery drivers.They live with cats .Very loving, loyal companions and friends.

Why did you start breeding?
I feel in love with my first little girl in 2008. From that point on we always had yorkies in our lives. They are always happy to see you and very faithful and loving. My Penelope gives the best hugs!
What makes your program special?
Breeding program is special becuz we believe in Quality,not quantity. Our girls are nutured during pregnancy w songs and belly rubs. The personality of our house comes out in the puppies- happy, well socialized, and ready to cuddle on warm laps. Future dog parents do have to meet with our standards of life with Yorkies or they r turned away from purchase with us. TicTok-Yorkies on the lake
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include parti, blue and gold, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,300 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

About Niko
Niko is such a good boy. He is kind, caring, and patient. He is the best little boy I have ever had. He is faithful and loves to be with me. He follows me from room to room and will always wait for me outside of shower. He loves to protect the house and has made friends with the cats. Although there is a squirrel outside that just does not want to become friends, no matter how much Niko tries!! I have had him since he was 8 weeks and he has been a wonderful addition to our home! He is registerd with AKC.

About Penelope
Penelope is everything a princess should be! She has a wonderful personality and just wants to make you happy. She loves to be sung to while she has a bath. She is AKC registered. She gets along well with other dogs and our cats too! Her favorite spot is cuddled next to me, and she gives the best hugs! She is such a great mom and takes excellent care of her babies.
