At Yoru’s Dojo Legacy, we raise our puppies in a loving, smoke-free, child-friendly home with a focus on health, temperament, and structure. AKC registered, champion bloodlines.   • Why did you start breeding?

    Honestly? Breeding wasn’t in the plans—we were just proud Shiba parents until Yoru joined our crew and stole our hearts (and the couch). With her champion lines, calm strength, and loyal heart, we knew her story was meant to continue. Surrounded by kids and love, our journey into breeding began—and it’s now a passion we’re proud to grow with care, intention, and heart.

  • What makes your program special?

    We’re a hands-on, heart-first breeder—and a big, blended family where the kids out number the adults and the dogs run the house. Our puppies are raised in the middle of real life: barking, belly rubs, toy chaos, potty training, and lots of cuddles. They’re not just socialized—they’re loved, confident, a little spoiled, and full of that signature Shiba attitude (with a side of side-eye).

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red, black and tan, and sesame. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Christine

Christine has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Christine may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Christine was very responsive, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with the most care so we were fully prepared when we took Kaida home. Not only was Christine so sweet and helpful, she also provides the pups with an amazing environment, starting them with socialization with her family and involving them in leash and potty training. I was so impressed with her level of care and if I can somehow convince my husband to let us get a second Shiba in the house one day, Christine will be the first one I reach out to. For anyone who is looking to have a Shiba, I would highly recommend Yoru's Dojo Legacy!
