I'm Nicki M., the breeder behind 4Ever Boxer’s located in Hutchinson, KS. 4Ever Boxers focuses on conformation to obtain champion titles as well as selecting lines suited for service dog or other performance work. We incorporate many holistic methods of health and embrace many natural rearing methods in our program for optimum health and longevity.
Q. & A. with Nicki
Why did you start breeding?
I use to breed and show cocker spaniels when I was in grade school. My animals had champion titles in showmanship and obedience. I fell in love with boxers later when I realized I found a breed that was most like me in personality and were also such beautiful dogs.
What makes your program special?
Boxers are a breed with many health conditions. Doing all Health testing required of our breed is vital! I’m also striving to increase the longevity of our breed. Here we use natural medicine to maintain health and for most health conditions. We feed a quality diet and my dogs get lots of exercise on my acres I take them to. They also get proper socialization and training.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Miles
Miles is a 13 year old still living Champion Male. He is very intelligent and beautiful and was an awesome show dog in his younger years. He loved to show and has an outstanding temperament. He’s very loyal and is very loving and faithful with kind eyes. I expect him to not on deliver show pups like he has in past litters but hope he also passes on his wonderful longevity and health and will combine well with my female to create some pups with service dog temperaments as well.
Tabatha, mom
Boxer
About Tabatha
Tabatha is pointed in akc conformation towards her championship title but her most important roll currently is serving as a service dog to her owner. She has a wonderful temperament and drive with a good off switch. She was and is super easy to train and has that special that goes beyond her beautiful structure and temperament. I expect her to produce some show dogs, service dogs like herself and just wonderful family members for those looking for their next boxer pet.

Parent health testing
Breeder-Reported Testing
Excellent level
4Ever Boxer’s reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Boxers.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
