Q. & A. with Stacey
Why did you start breeding?
We own a 65 acre, small cattle and horse ranch in Giddings, Texas. We have always had Labradors for hunting and companionship while spending 30 years showing and raising Quarter horses. In 2012 we changed directions to focus on using our breeding and genetic knowledge to produce outstanding Labrador Retrievers in a healthy and happy environment.
What makes your program special?
Our dogs themselves are very special. We spent lots of time and energy searching and researching for the perfect additions to our family and program. We always put the health and well being of our dogs above breeding and profit.
All breeding animals are disease panel tested prior to breeding and none of our females are bred prior to reaching true adulthood at around 2 years of age.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, chocolate, and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
