Meet the breeder

I'm Lori, the breeder behind Aisling Labradors of N.E. Florida located in Elkton, FL. Aisling Labradors are bred for their health, temperament, the traditional retrieving and water drive labradors are known for as well as the more moderate build of Labradors of the past. We breed the traditional, standard colors of Black, Yellow and Chocolate.

Q. & A. with Lori

  • Why did you start breeding?

My parents bred Labrador Retrievers; I grew up assisting in whelping and raising litters and always knew that when the time was right, I would start my own program. In 2013, we began the search for our foundation dogs and in 2017 produced our first litters.
  • What makes your program special?

We do not use any Labrador in our program that does not exhibit the traditional traits of the past, this includes the loving, fearless and patient temperament, the moderate body type (neither too tall and thin or too short and heavy) as well as the retrieve and water drive Labrador Retrievers were originally bred to exhibit.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
