Q. & A. with Richard & Diane
Why did you start breeding?
We have had working ACDs for 40+ years but never were breeders until this exceptional dog proved himself worthy. His first litter was born in October 2020 and other matings to screened females are planned.
What makes your program special?
Adhering to the national club standard for all recommended health screening tests is paramount to our dogs’ wellbeing and our personal integrity. For this reason, this sire is fully tested and all results are published online at the Canine Health Information Center (CHIC) administered by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red mottled, red speckled, and blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
