I'm Karen B., the breeder behind Bellbox German Boxers located in Campbellsville, KY. AKC German boxers from some of the top championship bloodlines in Europe. Excellent temperaments and beautiful conformations. My dogs are all AKC 100% European German boxers. I breed for health, longevity, temperament, conformation, and just all-around amazing family pets. My crew is all health-checked and clear of ARVC and DM. I work very closely with my vet and they do all health checks, vaccines, dew claws, and tail dockings.

Why did you start breeding?
I have had only boxers since I was 19 years old. I have an incredible amount of love and understanding of the breed. I started several years ago being a puppy nanny and helping a breeder whelp and bottle raise puppies as necessary. I fell in love with the whole process and started my own breeding program.What makes your program special?
My puppies are born into my hands and are loved on until I put them in your hands. I offer video chats and provide lots of pics as they grow. I keep in touch and am available to my puppy owners to answer any questions that may arise at any time. I don't breed before they are at least two years old and have had time to fully grow up and be physically and mentally ready to raise puppies.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include fawn and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

About Chester
Chester is an amazing boy with good looks and personality to match! He is from Ukrainian imports, Armanis Boxenia Dream and LesStar Lady Lux from an amazing pedigree filled with champions in confirmation as well as working abilities. Chester is a sweetheart that loves attention and will lean into you like a cat when you love on him. His favorite thing in the world is playing ball and will play until you can't throw it any longer! He likes to go on car rides, going on trails and will even wear a backpack to carry our water and necessities. The only thing he doesn't like is broccoli!

Cybil has a big personality, loves to talk and has no concept of personal space as you can see in the last photo of her. She is the sweetest girl with the most expressionate face and eyes. Her mother is Ukrainian and her father is from Hungary. Amazing champion filled pedigrees on both sides

Lera is a stunning dark reverse brindle. She is one of my bigger girls and weighed in at 79 pounds. She loves attention and likes to give you hugs. She is naturally protective but very gentle and easy going. She is playful but prefers to be on your lap getting loved on. Her mother is Ukrainian and her father is from Hungary. Amazing champion filled pedigree on both sides.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

Karen was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was incredibly responsive and was willing to answer any and all questions that I had. After losing our previous Boxer earlier in the year, I started my search for a reputable breeder that cared about the breed more than just making money. Karen immediately put me at ease, because she also wanted to know about our family, our home, and our experience with boxers. She was able to provide genetic testing information, and was even willing to test our puppies (I paid for the test) to make sure that they were for sure clear of the genetic condition that took our boy earlier in the year. She even Facetimed us to let us watch her swab their mouths, and explained that she had separated the puppies from their mother to make sure it was an accurate test sample. While we were waiting, she showed us our puppies and the rest of the litter and let us meet their mom. Her home was clean, and there was no doubt that her adult dogs are loved and cared for. She even sleeps down in the room with the mom and puppies for a while to make sure everything is okay. When they were ready to come home, she even delivered them to our house (for a very reasonable fee). We loved her and her puppies so much that we got TWO! They are absolutely beautiful and have the best temperament. They are very laid back and just the sweetest love bugs. She continued to be responsive and willing to answer questions even after the puppies were home with us. If you are looking for healthy, beautiful boxer puppies, Karen and Bellbox Boxers is the place to go. We have absolutely no regrets, and very probably will go to her for another dog in a few years.

Can’t believe how everything fell into place with Karen! She was very responsive and kept us updated while waiting to meet our little guy in person. Everything went very smooth. Karen was so easy to work with and provided all the information we needed when searching for our first boxer puppy.
