I'm Jacklyn P., the breeder behind Big Beach Rottweilers located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. We are a responsible breeder of beautiful Rottweilers. Our dogs get to run and play with us on Florida beaches. Our dogs live in our home and are our pets first and foremost.

Why did you start breeding?
It all started with my girl "Maggie" aka "SEL AKC/CKC/INT'L CH ECKO RIDGE'S LADY TAKES A CHANCE V VON WILHELMS. The wonderful people at Ecko Ridge Rottweilers (Patrice and Greg McAllan) entrusted this beautiful girl to me and I am forever grateful. Maggie was followed by "Reagan" aka BIS CH CAMMCASTLE'S HOLLYWOOD FIRST LADY CGC, a beautiful girl graciously offered by Suzan Otto. I have enjoyed the company of many wonderful people who I now count as lifelong friends. It is my hope that their offspring will enrich their owner's lives as much as these two beautiful girls have enriched mine.Where do your breeding dogs live?

About Margie
Margie is a female Rottweiler. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Jacklyn decided to make her part of their program. Jacklyn has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.
Parent health testing

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Juvenile Laryngeal Paralysis & Polyneuropathy (JLPP)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
