I'm Niki C., the breeder behind Blackberry Hills Cattle dogs and Collies located in Blacksburg, VA. All of our puppies are bred, raised, and loved indoors to produce happy, healthy well adjusted puppies for those seeking the best family companion! We follow Puppy Culture program and do ENS with all our puppies, introducing them to a new sound, smell or texture each day. We focus on breeding with genetics, temperment, and health in mind. We’re positive our puppies will become perfect family members and add just as much joy to your life as they have ours!

Collie puppies have rough coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Australian Cattle Dog puppies include blue mottled, red mottled, and blue. Collie puppies include sable and white, black white and tan, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Litter update on 02 Oct. •…Puppies had their vet exam to Town and Courtney vets! They did excellent and the staff loved them! The first set of shots were all done, and the last deworming as well as flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. They are some big babies! 10 to 12 pounds of puppy each!

About Saoirse
Meet Saoirse pronounced seer-shah. Her name means liberty or freedom! She fully embraces that meaning. Her two favorite things to do are trying to sleep on my pillows right above my head or running wild and free on our 50 acres. She really enjoys our walks in the evening. Afterward, it's snuggle time while winding down for the evening. She is a total lovebug and adores children and her family. We are so very excited to have her very first litter this winter!!!

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
