Blue House Cavaliers

Ivy is smart, adventurous and fun loving. She is adored and her family is obsessed with her. Ivy has perfect health testing and an outgoing, affectionate temperament. Ivy lives four blocks away from me and spends all her vacations at my house. I was her breeder, so I've known her since she was born.

Dottie is now an AKC Champion! She is a classically fearless Cavalier King Charles Spaniel: never fearful or shy. She is up for anything, any time. Dottie is the last to come inside, even on a deep-snow day. She is playful, fun-loving, sweet and snuggly. She has more energy than my other girls but is no less affectionate or gentle. And make no mistake—she enjoys being a couch potato just as much as the rest of the Cavaliers around here. Dottie has won in the show ring multiple times, even defeating my Grand Champion girl, Butterfield Marguerite, 4 or 5 times. We are hoping to build on that success in the future with her. Judges love her gorgeous head and eyes. Dottie’s pedigree is in Serbian, which makes it difficult to understand. I have circled the champions and international champions in her bloodline. Her International Champion father is tricolor and her mother is Blenheim.

Crumpet is an AKC Champion! Her coat and conformation to the breed standard are excellent and she’s a star in the show ring. Crumpet loves people and children. She is playful with kids and has a lot of energy. Crumpet has a sturdy but average-sized build and wavy, luxurious ears. She is ready to go on walks any time of the day or night. She hogs the limelight and gets all the snuggles and tummy rubs she can. Crumpet is a great eater. We never worry if she’s getting enough. 😉 She loves to train and learn and she quickly assimilates new skills with her eye on the prize….er..treat. We imported Crumpet directly from Serbia in the Summer of 2022.  She has many International Champions in her pedigree, which are not recognized by the AKC.  She loves to show and always trots out into the ring like a Queen!

Duckie LOVES to be cuddled, petted and loved. She has a darling face and deep coloring. Her Sire is an AKC Grand Champion. Duckie is pretty small, but she is friendly and snuggly.

Trixie was bred by me, so I've known her all of her life!  She is active, vigorously healthy, affectionate and gentle.  If my four grandsons are too much for her, she retreats to her crate.  But that's usually only after a LOT of ear pulling and toddler mauling.  Her spaniel, bird-dog ancestry is evident whenever she's outside.  She loves to follow the shadows of butterflies and birds on the grass as they fly overhead.  She's also really really good at lying on the floor, or on the rug, or in front of the kitchen sink (so convenient), at my feet, or anywhere else she happens to plop herself down. Trixie is a little bit independent for a Cavalier, which makes her easy on me.  She loves to have us around and wants to be belly-rubbed all day---just like every dog---but she doesn't suffer with loneliness when we're gone.  She has a great pedigree with 3 Champions or Grand Champions in her 3-generation pedigree and 7 in her 4-generation pedigree.

Telly is a born snuggler. Her large, heart-melting eyes and lovely head make her a stunner! Telly is small, at 11 pounds, but both her parents are mid standard size. Telly has a straight topline, thick coat, nicely proportioned muzzle, good bite and straight hocks. She is mostly red with some bold white markings around her collar and a wide white front blaze.

Frankie is the dog that everyone in our town wants to clone.  She lives four blocks away from me with a family of four little girls.  Frankie loves to go on weekly hikes with her family.  She is very affectionate, gentle, and eager to please. Frankie has beautiful, deep chestnut markings and a duchess thumbprint.  Her ears are gloriously thick and wavy.  Frankie has the same ancestry as Trixie which includes 3 Champions or Grand Champions in 3 generations and 7 in her four-generation pedigree.  If you download her pedigree, you will see that it is Trixie's pedigree.  That's because Trixie and Frankie are littermates with identical pedigrees.
