Meet the breeder

I'm Wendy W., the breeder behind Blue House Cavaliers located in Blanding, UT. A new puppy can make or break the tone of your home. I love helping families find the perfect puppy for their home and lifestyle. Dams are OFA and DNA tested, and vet checked to be healthy and thriving. Their temperaments are classic Cavalier: loving, sweet, adaptable and gentle. 4 Corners Colorado.

Q. & A. with Wendy

  • Why did you start breeding?

I started breeding Cavaliers in 2018 with optimism and naiveté. I’m STILL optimistic, but not so gullible. I’ve improved and learned about conformation showing and health testing. A healthy, affectionate, confident puppy is the goal of every breeding we do. Some of our Dams are Champions or working towards that goal--Also lovely Dams from Champion lines that are beloved pets. California puppies
  • What makes your program special?

I am confident that the work I've done to study and learn is resulting in the BEST DOGS For Families. I know from being a mom that cleaning up messes, comforting hurt feelings and negotiating peace treaties are often bigger priorities than walking the dog. You need a dog that really fits into your home. I want to help you to make the right decision for YOUR FAMILY. Because they come first. Period.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include blenheim, ruby, tri-color, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
