I'm Nicole P., the breeder behind Boondock Bandits located in Ellensburg, WA. The health of our dogs always comes first. We're committed to ethical breeding & a continued effort to enhance the breed standard. It’s been such a pleasure to be able to watch every stage of puppy life! We’re so lucky to be able to do this and match wonderful families with our perfect puppies.
Q. & A. with Nicole
Why did you start breeding?
I had a female, and someone else had a male and asked if I wanted to breed. With out knowing much about genetics or health testing I agreed. I enjoyed raising wonderful family companions and I decided if I am going to breed, I am going to do it right. I set out for my first registered dog which lead me to my foundation boy. Kabou.
What makes your program special?
I focus on health and temperament. I stand behind my dogs and you are not only adding one of my puppies to your home, but me to your family.

Ty, dad

About Ty
Ty has the very nice old style correct cattle dog type. He is perfect 9-10 ratio has a good turn of his stifle, sloping croup, beautiful upper arm length, correct coat, a nice head that is not over done. He is 20” tall and a handsome example of a male specimen. Ty is very easy going with his family. He is wary of strangers. He over comes mental tasks very easily and is open minded.
Kura, mom
Australian Cattle Dog
About Kura
Kura is a home bred female of mine, I selected her to keep a puppy 8 years ago out of an entire litter of 10 I knew she was special. She has very stable temperament and is very loyal and tries her best to please. Kura is a great producer, I have kept two puppies from her over the years. This will be her last litter.
Guess, mom
Australian Cattle Dog
About Guess
This is hopefully going to be Guess’s second litter. Guess’s last litter had great confirmation. They were almost perfectly built. I love Guess’s tight feet and head shape. She also has a lovely almond shaped eye. She could use a little more bone / substance but for a female she has a lovely feminine features. Guess is very velcory and I expect this litter to be the same.
