Q. & A. with Cynthia
Why did you start breeding?
I originally started breeding Treeing Walker Coonhounds when my sons were young. As a family, we could be found in the woods hunting with our dogs several nights a week. I eventually wanted to start keeping pups off of our CH dogs. From there, we started breeding field line Labradors and then Boxers. Boxers make exceptional companions yet, I wanted to preserve the workability within the breed.
What makes your program special?
We health test, including available genetic tests. We also temperament test. Above all, we enjoy working them. We are currently involved in conformation shows, performance events, personal protection/sports, therapy and service dog work.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include fawn and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Cyndi is a joy. Her boxers are a product of the love and devotion she has for them. I flew from South Florida to visit her and experience firsthand the breed she has developed over the past 2 decades. My wife and I have shared our household with boxers for the past 25 years and were rescued by the cutest pup from her Circe after the unexpected loss of our Sadie Lady. It is imperative for us to know the health history of our boxers and from the first interview with Cyndi we knew she was a knowledgeable and trustworthy source. It is also comforting to know she will be there in times of need should they arise. Thank you, Cyndi, we'll definitely stay in touch!
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
