I'm Tanya H., the breeder behind Boxers of Whispered Wishes located in Pikeville, KY. I've been breeding family PET only quality boxers for nearly 17 years. Raising puppies knowing that they will become part of a family is the most rewarding thing about breeding. My kids raise these pups along with me so they are pre-spoiled. All pups are pet quality unless stated otherwise.

Why did you start breeding?
I bought my first boxer when I was 13. She was my best friend and part of the family. I mainly bred her bc so many ppl wanted a pup from her. She was absolutely awesome. Then it just kinda took off from there. It hit my children and I hard when we had to say goodbye to her and about threw the towel in. But here we are!!What makes your program special?
We raise pups with children and each pup that has ever left my home has had a fondness for kids and are so gentle with them. We don't just raise puppies to be your next pet we raise them to be a family member.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include fawn, brindle, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Tanya
Tanya has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price is based off registration and pet only. Puppies are wormed, vaccinated and vetted before leaving. We have CKC and AKC pups. All sexs and colors are the same. Deposits are required to hold pup after they reach 2 weeks of age. Deposits are only given back if something happens to pup in my care.”

Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Tanya kept me updated on our pup and sent pictures. She met us to deliver Colby. I tried to send her and her family pictures of him but was unable to get them to go through. He is a delight, and spoiled rotten by my husband. I have to be the disciplinarian. lol. We are very thankful to have found Tanya in order to get out newest member of our family.
