We want to do away with THAT! We want adopters to have peace of mind, knowing exactly what they're getting.

Why did you start breeding?
I've had cattle dogs for for over 30 years. They are the BEST dogs. Had some that got sick, so I wanted to do better for others. I've learned so much with genetic testing I wish I knew 30 years ago. I now have time to devote to it, and it took me a few years to find the right dogs to start with. I really do love the non standard colors and I want to provide good, healthy stock to our area.What makes your program special?
Breeding w/the health of the animal in mind. You can produce a quality pup if you care about what you are doing. Health, temperament and quality of care. No litters every heat. Dams need time to recuperate and heal between litters. No rehoming retirees. Our dogs are family, until they are called to the rainbow bridge. We just think they are magnificent & want to share them. Quality over quantity.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Darla has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Darla partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price
“Price will depend on litter, color, pups purpose, whether we have done health panels on pups, etc. The deposit is you showing commitment to follow through with purchase of puppy, and my commitment to reserve that puppy exclusively for you, and not entertain other interested parties. You may pay the deposit for reservation, and make final payment prior to pick up. Or you may just pay for the puppy in full to reserve them.”

Darla may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
