I'm Carissa H., the breeder behind Cherished Chihuahuas located in Willamina, OR. Parents with good genetics and wonderful temperaments! Our dogs are wonderful companions and right by our side for daily life. Inspired to share their affectionate personalities with other loving families! Well loved and healthy. We breed Purebred Chihuahuas as well as Working Cattle Dogs.

Why did you start breeding?
We grew up loving animals and have always had them in our lives; with over 25 years dogs breeding experience and over 30 years dog handling and owning. The Chihuahua has been a part of our lives for the past 8 years. We have owned this bloodlined Cattle Dog breed for over 8 years. They are so loyal and have so much try for their person! We love them and want to share them with the world! :)What makes your program special?
Born and raised in our home. We have 42 acres, bordered by forests and farm land. Our dogs play indoors and outdoors at will. They love to be with us while we garden and run and play with us. The Chihuahuas are great snuggle buddies. They love a good movie. We also breed working Cattle Dogs. In the top 5 best dog breeds in the world! Loyal, trust worthy, Don't run off. Chihuahua puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Australian Cattle Dog puppies include red speckled, red mottled, blue speckled, blue mottled, and blue. Chihuahua puppies include merle, black, chocolate, cream, blue brindled fawn, chocolate brindled fawn, chocolate and white, black and white, chocolate and tan, black and tan, cream and white, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Carissa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $300 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The puppy price includes 2 year written health guarantee, 1-2 rounds of vaccines, 2-4 rounds of de-wormer-this varies depending on how old the puppy is when leaving us. $500 non-refundable deposit. We Accept cash, check, or GoodDog Pay. Balance Due when you pick you puppy up to take it home. Good for 12 months from date paid. Can go towards other litters.”
