Meet the breeder

I'm Carrie A., the breeder behind C&J European Boxers located in Buckeye, AZ. Our dogs are bred for health first and foremost and have great temperaments. We breed and raise our dogs in our home instead of kennel setting so they learn to live with a family. This is not a job for us, it is what we love to do.

Q. & A. with Carrie

  • Why did you start breeding?

My family from the time I was a small child have been breeding dogs.
  • What makes your program special?

My primary focus in breeding is health first and temperament. I do focus on confirmation, but I believe with healthy dogs with good temperament naturally comes confirmation.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include fawn and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

My little Zeppelin boy is the most perfect little dude I could ask for, not only is he handsome, he has filled a huge hole in my heart and I love him so much. Can't thank Carrie enough for her amazing attention and training she put into this guy. Zeppelin and his new dad have a huge bond already, he is so smart and so much fun. Carrie has put so much love into this dude it's amazing. I am so lucky to have him and he makes me laugh and warms my heart every day. Thank you CJ boxers, I couldn't be happier with my new fur machine. Years of adventures ahead of us!

Carrie was not only very responsive and knowledgeable about the breed, she and her husband really love their boxers and raise very well rounded puppies. Our experience was great and whenever we're ready for another sweet pup we'll be back!
