I'm Rochelle C., the breeder behind Cooley's Cuddle Pups located in Neosho, MO. I want to provide top-quality beloved companions. I have committed myself towards preparing each one of my puppies to thrive in their new homes, and I enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their new furbaby with confidence. My dogs aee around people of all afes. They are all extremely socialized and very loved. My puppies will go to their new homes pre-spoiled. Some people ask how and why do I give so much stuff with my puppies. Or they think that it's too good to be true. I give so much stuff with the puppies so that even though they are going to a new environment they have some things that they're familiar with. I do believe that this causes less stress on the puppies. Having that scented blanket is a great comfort to puppies. I care about my dogs and their babies as if they were my children and my grandchildren. All of my dogs are DNA Health screenings for genetic defects. They have also completed all of OFA certifications and are C.H.I.C certified, to make sure that they are clear of any Musculoskeletal and Cardiac defects Included with your puppy; Blanket, Micro-chipped, UTD on shots dewormed and record of shots/dewormed date, 2-3 toys, Harness and leash, Toothbrush for your puppy, Puppy food starter kit, Stainless Steel food and water bowl, Potty pad trained Very loved & social that was raised indoors.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My Grandpa raised Beagles when I was a small child and remember helping him put the dogs to bed every night and making sure that they had food and water in the mornings. Then as an older child, my parents raised Black Labs and Dauchaunds. After moving to Missouri I got my 1st Great Pyrenese and decided to raise them. We were also going to raise St Bernards due to my hubby's love for them. After he passed away, I really didn't feel that the large dogs were going to be the right fit for me being alone. My kids raised Maltipoo's and gave me a little girl to be my new companion. I saw how special my little girl made me feel and I wanted to share that same feeling with others. Nothing like having a bad day and having those big brown eyes looking up at you with that tail wagging to make everything all better. The rest is history. I don't know what I would do without them now.

  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs aee my life. They are treated like part of the family not like something that is just around to have puppies. I do a video call with a prospective new puppy owner so that they can see the puppies. I will send weekly pics/videos of a person's new fur baby so that they can be part of their puppies growing up till they can get their puppy. I am also in the process of getting all of my breeding dogs OFA tested and Chic certified.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Maltese puppies include white, white and tan, and white and lemon. Maltipoo puppies include parti, apricot, cream, silver, silver beige, white, phantom, and black & tan. Miniature Schnauzer puppies include wheaten, parti, liver, salt and pepper, and black and silver. Bichon Frise puppies include white and buff, white and cream, and white. Shih Tzu puppies include tricolor, chocolate, cream and white, sable and white, black, gold and white, liver and white, brindle and white, blue and white, black gold and white, black and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Rochelle

Rochelle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Rochelle partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“I believe that owners should be the ones to pick out their puppy and that is one of the reasons that I make it mandatory to do a video call. This way you can see what the puppy looks like and see that the puppy is a "real" moving, breathing, happy puppy. ”

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $750 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Please let me know if you are a Veteran, Teacher or First Responders. Price includes registration, (unless noted), crate training, potty pad training & Health checked/ certification, microchipped, puppy starter pack which includes everything your puppy will need such as, food and water bowl, toys, washable potty pad, blanket, kennel crate, toothbrush, food, leash and harness, spoiled, and so much more. A $250 Non-refundable deposit that is deducted from the balance. If for some reason beyond my control, the puppy doesn't survive or has a defect, you have the option of replacement/refund at that point. If you decide once after picking the puppy up that you are not wanting the puppy, no refunds are given. The possibility of any refunds would be on a case by case situation and only if the puppy were to be reserved within 7 days. The possible refunds amount would be after all expenses were deducted from the resale of the puppy. I.E. if puppy sold was 1500.00, the max refund would be 750.00 minus the boarding fees of $20 per day, any other vet exams needed to recheck the puppy as well as new health certificate, vaccines, travel expenses to pick up the puppy etc.”

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Brucellosis

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel, DNA Profile

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    We are so glad we found Rochelle and Cooley’s Cuddle Pups through Good Dog. We’ve purchased through a breeder before but not through Good Dog. Good Dog made that part so easy, from contacting Rochelle through the app, to arranging pickup, to final payment. The entire process was amazing and Rochelle was very responsive throughout the entire process and was able to answer all our questions, even taking videos of our Ollie and FaceTiming with us during the early stage. Ollie came with so many additional items (snacks, toys, crate, scented blanket, etc) on top of all the necessities like puppy food and medical records. It’s obvious that Rochelle works hard to prepare these pups to integrate into their new forever homes by things like pee-pad training and having music/tv on in the background.     Rochelle is great to work with She kept me updated about the puppy I was getting from her and sent photos and videos on a regular basis. She made the whole process a walk in the park. If I had questions she always replied right away. I am very pleased with my little puppy. She is healthy and a happy little girl. Rochelle had her micro chipped, pottty pad trained, and socialized as she said she would. The puppy pack that she sends with her puppies the day you take them home is great. The packet includes everything you need to start with. If you are looking for a puppy that is of quality breeding,Rochelle is your gal! She delivers everything you could possibly want in a puppy. Plus even after you take your puppy home if you have any questions or concerns Rochelle is right there for you every step of the way. I am so pleased with my puppy that I am going to purchase the litter mate to my puppy. I can't express how happy I am that I found Rochelle and her puppies. It's the only way to go honestly.
