I'm Rochelle C., the breeder behind Cooley's Cuddle Pups located in Carthage, MO. I want to provide top-quality beloved companions. I have committed myself towards preparing each one of my puppies to thrive in their new homes, and I enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their new furbaby with confidence. My dogs live in the house with me. They are all extremely socialized and very loved. Some people ask how and why do I give so much stuff with my puppies. Or they think that it's too good to be true. I give so much stuff with the puppies so that even though they are going to a new environment they have some things that they're familiar with. I do believe that this causes less stress on the puppies. Having that scented blanket is a great comfort to puppies. I care about my dogs and their babies as if they were my children and my grandchildren. All of my dogs are DNA Health screenings for genetic defects. They have also completed all of OFA certifications and are C.H.I.C certified, to make sure that they are clear of any Musculoskeletal and Cardiac defects Included with your puppy; Kennel crate, Blanket, Micro-chipped, UTD on shots dewormed and record of shots/dewormed date, 2-3 toys, Harness and leash, Toothbrush for your puppy, Puppy food starter kit, Stainless Steel food and water bowl, Potty pad trained Very loved & social that was raised indoors.

Why did you start breeding?
I saw how special my little girl made me feel and I wanted to share that same feeling with others. Nothing like having a bad day and having those big brown eyes looking up at you with that tail wagging to make everything all better.What makes your program special?
My dogs are in my home where they get daily love and attention. They are treated like part of the family not like something that is just around to have puppies. I do a video call with a prospective new puppy owner so that they can see the puppies. I will send weekly pics/videos of a person's new fur baby so that they can be part of their puppies growing up till they can get their puppy. I am also in the process of getting all of my breeding dogs OFA tested and Chic certified.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Bichon Frise puppies are white. Shih Tzu puppies include cream and white, sable and white, black, gold and white, liver and white, brindle and white, blue and white, black gold and white, and black and white. Maltese puppies include white, white and tan, and white and lemon. Miniature Schnauzer puppies include wheaten, liver, salt and pepper, and black and silver. Maltipoo puppies include apricot, cream, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Rochelle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $750 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Please let me know if you are a Veterans or First Responders. Price includes registration, (unless noted), crate training, potty pad training & Health checked/ certification, microchipped, puppy starter pack which includes everything your puppy will need such as, food and water bowl, toys, washable potty pad, blanket, kennel crate, toothbrush, food, leash and harness, spoiled, and so muchmore. A $250 Non-refundable deposit that is deducted from the balance. If for some reason beyond my control, the puppy doesn't survive or has a defect, you have the option of replacement/refund at that point.”

Kandy is a very sweet and gentle little girl that weighs 5lbs. She is all white with a beautiful, thick coat. Before I got Kandy, she had either someone cut 1/2 her ear of while grooming or something. Looks like it was a clean-cut injury. She is great at grooming her till you get near her one ear. I have now gotten her to be calm and allow for that ear and her head to be groomed. Just a lot of love and reassurance it what my baby needs. She is such a sweet little girl who needed the love she gets from me.

Callen is timid little guy. He loves the ladies though. He has very nice curls to his coat like a poodle even though he is multi generation Maltipoo. His puppies are usually always the Apricot color but in various shades from almost red to being very light. His puppies usually end up weighing around 6-7 lbs.

Stella is AKC, APRI, & UABR Registered. Stella has the sweetest personality. When she wants her tummy rub she runs to the nearest dog bed and rolls over Belly Up. You can always tell she's happy because whenever you bring out your a camera to take a picture her tongue automatically sticks out and then she smiles. She typically throws puppies that will get between the 5 to 7lb range at full grown, but there is no guarantee since everybody May feed differently. Stella has recently passed all of her of a health test. She has also been DNA health screening in which her results came back great

Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

+4Sometimes you meet people that feel as though they've always been part of your life. That is how we felt after meeting and talking with Rochelle. Losing my 10 year old chi-Pom Kali was devastating. She was my baby. I needed a new baby to heal my heart and it had to be the "purse puppy" I've wanted for ages. Rochelle listened to my wants and needs - a fun, loving and playful ball of fur that would be 5-7 pounds fully grown. A princess that could wear cute sweaters/dresses and ride around in Gucci or LV purses like royalty. Rochelle called and video chatted. We got to see when the puppy opened her eyes. We saw her playing with her brothers. We saw the mama running around and protecting the puppies from the camera. Delivery was great. We received a tracker to know where she was from the time she started her trip to when they pulled up at the front door. Rochelle sent a goodie bag full of things for the puppy - bowls, food, toys, harness, jammies, blanket that smelled like mom and siblings, etc. Her vet records were up to date and in the bag as well. As soon as she was delivered, Minerva (aka Mini, Min-Min, Mini-Moo) was full of kisses. She is so loving and fun. She is exactly what I wanted.
