Meet the breeder

I'm Jessica G., the breeder behind Corner house cavaliers located in Salina, UT. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! We are professional, responsible, and ethical dog breeders who love our dogs as part of our family. Our goals are always evolving and we’re eager to see what each new litter brings!

Q. & A. with Jessica

  • Why did you start breeding?

When I was young my mother bread Pomeranians, I loved having several dogs always in our home and when they had babies it was a special bonus! When I decided I wanted to breed King Charles Cavaliers I had no hesitation or fear because of being involved in every step of the process from a young age. I knew I wanted to do it just like my mother, where they are our beloved pets that live with us in our home and anytime they have babies it is just a special bonus!
  • What makes your program special?

I only have 3 dogs… unless we are raising babies, this makes it so they each get special quality time and they know that they are loved! I am able to be sure I am always on top of their health testing, vaccination, diet, and general wellbeing because I do not have too many to keep track of.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

I had a wonderful time working with Jessica! She was very accommodating and helpful during the whole process. She even allowed me to come visit the puppies to help answer my questions and get me more acquainted with them before ‘pick up’ day! I could tell she cares deeply for her animals, and she really went the extra mile to make sure me and my puppy succeed! I was so grateful for how smooth she made the process!

We picked up our Peach a week ago and she has acclimated wonderfully. Jessica is an ethical and careful breeder who raises very well adjusted puppies. Peach is using the dog door, she’s very social with our other dogs, and she has had no anxiety. This comes from a secure birth environment and safe practices by Jessica. We are so pleased that we found you and that you care so much about the health and wellness of your dogs.

i inquired about a couple of CKCS pups thru good dog. Jessica was responsive almost immediately, very forthright when it came to the health records of dam & sire. she also invited me to come to the home to pick Hazel (dolly) up. unfortunately i was unanle to do that so she very willingly met me for the pick up. Hazel has been the best addition to our family. it is very obvious that Hazel comes from a cery loving home. She is confident (unless it’s loud/large), she is happy, & so sweet. she has been associating with lots of people & a few dogs. she’s doing so well. what a beautiful experience all the way around. thank you Jessica for being so accommodating & easy to work with.
