Deborah was wonderful and we had a very good visit the day we picked up our little beauty. Things have been a bit of a struggle the last three weeks. Little Lucy has severe anxiety and is not able to tolerate a crate for more than a few minutes without a full blown panic attack. These separation anxiety episodes also happen with her being left for only 10-15 minutes or so. Barking, whining, retching and copious amounts of saliva. This without her being in a crate or ex-pen. She also continues to be car sick with trips of anything more than a few blocks. Our next steps are to go back the veterinarian for some medication for her. We are making small advances in potty training, but without being able to contain her in any area, it is we who are trained, not her. We love her but all in all not a great experience. Our trip back to Michigan in the Spring is going to be a nightmare.
