After losing my beloved dog of almost 17 years, I was very apprehensive about getting another puppy. It was an emotional decision, and I wanted to make sure I found the right breeder and the right puppy. From the very beginning, Kim made the entire experience so much easier. She was caring, patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, no matter how many I had, and she always made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. When I finally brought my puppy, Ernie, home, I knew I had made the right choice. Ernie is the best puppy! He is extremely sociable, happy, and very well-adjusted for his age. He has settled in wonderfully and has such a sweet personality. I also took him to my veterinarian, and he received a clean bill of health, which gave me even more confidence that he was well cared for before coming home with me. Kim was also very accommodating when it came time for me to meet and pick up Ernie. She worked with my schedule and met me at a time that was convenient for me. She was just as warm, friendly, and caring in person as she had been throughout our conversations. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. After losing a dog who had been such an important part of my life for nearly 17 years, bringing Ernie home was a very big and emotional step for me. Kim’s kindness, patience, and genuine care made the transition so much more special. I am incredibly grateful I found Kim and Ernie. I could not be happier with my experience and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a puppy and a breeder who truly cares about her dogs and the families they go to.
