  • Why did you start breeding?

    I got my first ACD in 2018. They got me hooked on herding breeds! And breeding herding dogs.

  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs are my family. Even the puppies I sell. I put a lot of time into my puppies and dogs. I keep in contact with anyone who gets a pup. My pups go to new homes microchipped-vet checked-UTD on everything.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include blue speckled, blue mottled, red mottled, red speckled, and blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Madison

Madison has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Madison partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.

“We take time and care into placing each puppy into a home that will suit them. We assess temperament, personality and structure. We also screen buyers before placing our puppy with them.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $700 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“I have limited and Full AKC available. Price depends on breed of puppy and it’s parents. Range is 1,200-2,000. All puppies are the same deposit price- deposit hold puppy until day of pickup. Deposit is non refundable, UNLESS there is an issue on our end.”

Contract & health guarantee

Madison may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
