At Dollface Aussies, we strive to provide not just pets, but cherished members of the family, bringing joy and warmth into every home we touch.
Q. & A. with Lanae
Why did you start breeding?
Our first Aussie was introduced to our family in 2009. Since then we have grown to love and admire the breed for its intelligence and intuitive nature. Our dogs are truly members of our family and our puppies are raised with us in our home.
What makes your program special?
At our breeding program, we believe in a hands-on approach that begins from the moment each puppy enters the world. From nurturing them through their earliest stages of life to providing love and care as they grow, we ensure that each puppy receives individual attention and socialization. This personal touch continues until the day they leave for their forever homes, ensuring they are well-prepared for the journey ahead.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Australian Shepherd puppies include red merle, blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

We met Lanea through Good Dog while browsing for puppies, as my family and I recently lost our Aussie of ten years. We came across the cutest puppy by the name of Axel and we immediately opened a line of communication with Lanea. After many discussions with my wife, we did purchased Axel (Now goes by Cash) at the early age of a couple of weeks. During the waiting period which seemed like forever we received many videos and pictures of our cute little pup almost daily. When Cash was old enough to move into his new home, we made the journey from St Louis and we arrived in Grove, Oklahoma on a Friday night. Lanae invited us over to her home so we could be introduced to our new puppy even though the pickup wasn't till Saturday morning. Lanae and David went above and beyond expectations to make us feel at home and we were thrilled with the new addition to our family!!!!!! Great people and will stay in touch with them forever.....

Lanae and David were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were kind, professional, and so supportive throughout the whole process. Sweet little Elleora “Ellie” is happy, healthy, and settling in beautifully at home. I truly appreciated receiving updates and photos while I waited for her — it made the anticipation so much easier and more exciting. The pickup process was seamless and stress-free, and I felt confident every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the care and love they put into raising their puppies, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

We were very happy with the chance to work with Lanae from the beginning at our first contact. She was easy to talk to and answered all our conversations promptly. She allowed me to visit the puppy and the see the rest of the litter during the first week of August. I was so appreciative as this is the first time I picked out a puppy through this kind of service (Good dog).
She was very friendly and asked me questions of how the older dog at home would receive a new puppy. I felt even more comfortable with her as a breeder for that reason. We set a delivery date and time at about the halfway mark and all went as planned. I would recommend Lanae and Dollface Aussies to anyone looking for a cared for, healthy puppy!

Lanae was great! Very open with the process and expectations from the beginning. Lots of photos throughout the process. It was really nice to meet in the middle, and not having to drive all the way. Millie is great, and I couldn't ask for a better pup!
