Q. & A. with Maressa and Gene
Why did you start breeding?
We have always had a love for Labrador Retrievers and have planned to responsibly breed these incredible dogs with years of anticipation. We love spoiling and pampering our dogs, and hope that our puppies' new homes will love and cherish them just as much as we do!
What makes your program special?
Our primary responsibility is to the mother of our pups. The emotional and physical needs of the female dog are our priority. When momma thrives, so do the puppies. For that reason, we reserve the right to be selective with who our pups go home with. We take a serious approach to the interview process and make ourselves available for consultation, advice and support. We look forward to connecting you with your next Labrador Retriever!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Price
Puppy prices include a $250 refundable deposit and between $1,650 - $2,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price also includes the first set of vaccinations, deworming, limited AKC registration, a microchip, and socialization. We have done extensive screening and we guarantee pups health for one year. With Limited Registration, our buyers must show proof of spay/neuter after age one for males and after the first heat cycle for females. The deposit guarantees the placement of a puppy, and we like to place them based on the personalities of the buyer and the living conditions of the buyer's home. If the buyer changes their mind before the litter is 5 weeks old, the deposit is fully refundable.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), D Locus (Dilute) DNA test
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
