I'm Stacie S., the breeder behind Faithful Labs located in Taylor, TX. We are lifelong dog enthusiasts, and we’re excited to share our passion and purpose with others through our breeding program. We adore our dogs! They’ve enriched our lives in ways we never imagined, and we are so happy to be able to share the wonderful qualities of the breed with others. Owning a Labrador Retriever is a beautiful experience, and it would be our honor to connect you with the perfect new addition to your family.
Q. & A. with Stacie
Why did you start breeding?
We purchased our first lab before we had children and were so impressed with her, we decided to have her health tested. It was a joy to share our beloved babies and bless other families with amazing dogs. We now raise each litter with love and care with our children helping along the way.
What makes your program special?
Our pups grow up in our home! They are born in our bedroom and then moved to our bathroom, then living room. We work on potty training starting at around 3 weeks. Pups hear children giggling, laughing, making a lot of noise and even screaming and crying sometimes. They are not phased by all this activity. Our pups are happy all the time and well socialized and adjusted.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Parent health testing
Breeder-Reported Testing
Great level
Faithful Labs reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Labrador Retrievers.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), D Locus (Dilute) DNA test
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
