Meet the breeder

I'm Jillian S., the breeder behind Flashylabs AKC GRAND CHAMPION SIRED located in North East Central Fl, FL. We have owned Labrador Retrievers for 25 years. We want to preserve the Labrador Retriever breed we so love and so our dogs are bred to the AKC Labrador Retriever breed standard. Our dogs attend AKC conformation shows and are judged on the correct structure and health and temperament. Our puppies have blocky heads, otter tails and outstanding temperaments. We place our puppies in show homes, service homes but mostly loving pet homes. The parents all of our puppies are DNA tested so their offspring can’t develop common Labrador diseases and are OFA certified for excellent or good hips and normal elbows. The parents are from the best AKC Champion bloodlines in the country. Our puppies are easy to train and a pleasure to own. They will be happy, obedient family members that want to spend time with you and are eager to please.

Q. & A. with Jillian

  • What makes your program special?

Our puppies are cherished in our family home or a guardian family home. The AKC parents participate in AKC dog shows. Their superior looks, temperaments and intelligence allow them to accept all this commotion with hundreds of people and dogs and excel and win. Winning means the parents meet the breed standards that AKC sets for breeding an exceptional dog. Young puppies have bio-sensor training known as the Army Super Puppy program. They are crate trained/house trained & socialized for an easy transition to your family home.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Jillian

Jillian has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Jillian partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape.

“Usually a family sees the pictures of our puppies and picks the one they are most drawn to or as many say…. have fallen in love with. Because our puppies all have been bred from superior lines with fabulous temperaments, any puppy can match with any family. If someone is looking for an AKC show prospect or service dog there are certain qualities or conformation traits beyond a great temperament we look for and those placements can be matched at 7-8 weeks. We often choose our own show prospects from the litter at 7-8 weeks! ”
