Fleur d'Elite Kennels

Kaylah B.

Breeder of American Corgis

Meet the breeder

I'm Kaylah B., the breeder behind Fleur d'Elite Kennels located in Ponchatoula, LA. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! We hope to help families find their puppies from responsible and ethical sources to help build a better and safer world for our dogs. Owning a Corgi is a beautiful experience, and it would be our honor to connect you with the perfect new addition to your family.

Q. & A. with Kaylah

  • Why did you start breeding?

Assisting in my mother's breeding program taught me so much about life and built up my love for puppy development and socialization. As an adult I have had the honor of owning some of the most even-tempered, healthy, and gorgeous dogs. I've now made it my goal to take a holistic approach to breeding in order to produce the best of the best. There is no perfect dog, but we are striving to get as close as we can.
  • What makes your program special?

We put everything we have into our puppies starting with top notch care of our dogs before conception, during pregnancy, and postpartum. From the moment our puppies enter the world they are taught that people are loving, and the world is a safe place. They are given tailored socialization exercises designed with their development in mind, and each puppy is assessed to determine their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
