I'm Linda F., the breeder behind Haus vom Finch located in El Paso County, CO. I am a small in-home breeder. Most of my referrals are from past puppies, veterinarians, seeing my dogs, and working clubs. I do not have a website.
Q. & A. with Linda
Why did you start breeding?
I love Rottweilers and felt they were misunderstood. I started getting mine into service work and met others who had Rottweilers in service work. Out of my last 18 pups, 8 have joined the ranks of service/therapy animals.
What makes your program special?
I take time to know the personality of each of the puppies to find good fits with new families. When I am contacted, I listen to the plans the new family has with the puppy. After narrowing down what they're looking for in personality then I will send them pictures. Another reason why I don't have a website since many people go by looks and not personality.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
