


I'm Christina S., the breeder behind Kozy Cavaliers located in Toledo, WA. Hello and thank you for having interest in our small family of Cavaliers and their puppies . I am a nurse and I have been in the field for over 20 years. My love for Cavaliers started as a child as our family loved to rescue them but also seen the health problems they can have if not bred properly.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Episodic Falling Syndrome (EFS), Dry Eye Curly Coat Syndrome (CKSID), DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
