I'm Janet H., the breeder behind Mac-Kuz Kennels located in Endeavor, WI. As conscientious breeders, we are proud of the loving, smart, beautiful, and sound puppies we’re able to provide for others. Our breeding program started with one small litter that turned into a fulfilling, lifelong passion! We believe there’s no greater joy than providing families with companions that share unconditional love no matter what.
Q. & A. with Janet
Why did you start breeding?
My dream dog has always been a corgi. After many years of searching I finally got my first Loki. During my 15 year hunt, I learned a lot about the breed. Started wanting to possibly breed one day and then after a hunt we got Freya. Once they passed the health check ups, we started researching and getting ready to make that dream come true. Ive been hooked since the first litter! Total love!
What makes your program special?
I believe in the system we have in place to produce great corgi pups. I am constantly learning new techniques and doing research. Our breeding pair are wonderful pets, eager to learn, smart, quirky and have personality to spare. I have never seen two dogs be so great with kids! They produce amazing pups that have grown into wonder pets.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable merle and white, sable and white, sable, red merle and white, red, black and white, fawn, and blue merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
