I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karmen and my experience getting our sweet Biscuit. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive to my texts, knowledgeable, kind, and so reassuring throughout the entire process. Karmen would send me videos of her and her husband with Biscuit, and I could tell immediately how much they sincerely loved him. It was so evident that he was surrounded by love, affection, and happiness in their home. I knew before I ever brought him home that Biscuit had only known joy and kindness—and once he arrived at our home, that became even clearer. He is such a happy, loving little boy. 🐾 Believe me, with Biscuit traveling all the way from Alabama to Massachusetts, there were certainly a lot of details to work out! But Karmen made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was there every step of the way, and I always felt that Biscuit’s well-being was her top priority. I would recommend Karmen 1000%! This has been an absolutely amazing experience, and I truly cannot thank her enough for bringing Biscuit into our lives. He is such a blessing, and we love him more than words can say. I sincerely hope that someday, if Karmen is ever in Massachusetts, she will come visit sweet Biscuit. 🐾 Thank you, Karmen, from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

A Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish I had such a wonderful experience with Hailey’s breeder, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a puppy. From the very beginning, communication was incredibly smooth. She was always responsive and accommodating, and she was more than happy to send me pictures, videos, and updates about the puppies. When I had questions about their personalities and wanted to get a better sense of which puppy might be the best fit for us, she took the time to answer my questions and provide thoughtful details about each one. That communication made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated the environment Hailey was raised in. She had the opportunity to socialize with the other puppies, and there was also a cat in the home. Knowing that she had been exposed to different animals and had time to interact and play with the other puppies was something I really valued. The breeder was also incredibly accommodating with the logistics of bringing Hailey home and even met us halfway, which made the process that much easier. When Hailey came home, we received all of her health records, veterinary information, and details about the food she had already been eating. The transition was incredibly smooth, and we have had absolutely no issues with her. She has been a healthy, happy puppy, and her personality has been exactly what we could have hoped for. She is definitely feisty, but she is also incredibly sweet and adorable—and everyone who meets her becomes obsessed with her. We are constantly being asked where we got her from! Even after Hailey came home, her breeder checked in to see how everything was going. We didn’t have a lot of communication afterward, but honestly, that was simply because we didn’t have any issues or concerns that required it. I appreciated knowing that she was still there and interested in how Hailey was doing. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I felt informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process, and most importantly, I couldn’t be happier with Hailey. She has brought so much joy into our home. I would absolutely go back to this breeder if we decide to add another puppy to our family. In fact, if we decide Hailey needs a brother or sister someday, she would be the first person I would reach out to. I’m so grateful we found her and brought Hailey home. ❤️
