I'm Christopher A., the breeder behind Ming Xing Shih Tzu located in North Kingstown, RI. Our puppies come from a long bloodline of healthy top quality Shih Tzus. Both parents are the love of our life and besides their yearly exams, they have never had any health issues or any known allergies. Their little ones are absolutely beautiful, and healthy, with a high level of intelligence.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our love for this breed and the quality of our two dogs made it all possible. Breeding our two little fur babies has been the most incredible experience for us. They are so tiny and yet so smart and healthy. Our veterinarian, family, friends, etc are just very impressed, which makes us even more happy.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our dogs make this all a very special experience. I wouldn't call this a program like some who continuously breed their dogs 5-6 times. We just have Bailey and Kiara. There is nothing more special than watching her tend to her happy babies, and watching Bailey being very excited and animated at their every move. Kiara is very special and such a happy mommy. We will breed her once more after this.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include tricolor, black and tan, brindle and white, and black gold and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
