I'm Jody B., the breeder behind My Precious Pups located in The Villages, FL. I bought my first Morkie 6 years ago and I was hooked! I absolutely love raising my puppies! The pups live in my home with me and my now, three, dogs! They get socialized daily during "puppy hour!" when friends stop by to cuddle with them.     I love puppies!

  • What makes your program special?

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Maltese puppies are white. Morkie puppies are black & tan tri-color. Maltipoo puppies include black & white and black & tan tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jody

Jody has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $950 - $3,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Puppy price includes: State of Florida health certificate, dog food, blanket, 1st set of shots, microchip and regular dewormer. After we FaceTime or discuss your needs and circumstances and come to an agreement, I require a deposit to secure the puppy is yours!”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Jody Blinn was a wonderful breeder and showed great love for dogs and puppies . She was caring and treated us like family . We could not be more pleased and love our Maggie Mae. She is a loving puppy but all puppy she is.. She keeps these 2 older folks hopping. She was our Christmas present this year for us. We lost our beloved "daughter dog " Pepper Dog in April of this year of pancreatic cancer which left a huge hole in our heart. Maggie Mae, Jody Blinn and Good Dog filled that hole.     Jody was very nice and always got right back with with me . I was a little disappointed when I got home and looked in the supplies in the bag. There was a new bone that said for 10lb to 20lb dog. My dog was 2.2 lbs. The pee pad i received were so bad if she peed it went to the floor. The dog food was for a big food I guess it was really big. I don't think it was her fault. With that being said Lola is everything i wanted her to be. Someone took allot of time with her. I would purchase from her again. Thank you
