I'm Chelsie L., the breeder behind NL Horsemanship located in Pine Village, IN. We are a small farm that breeds well-bred, healthy, happy, versatile Australian Cattle Dogs and Pembroke Welsh Corgis. We offer quality bred working dogs. We hand raise each of our puppies to ensure a reliable temperament and cherished companionship.

Why did you start breeding?
We wanted to put our passion for animals to good use. Breeding healthy, happy puppies is our way to give back to the breed and the families who love them. We want nothing more than to see each of our dogs and puppies shine.What makes your program special?
At NL Horsemanship, we produce excellent working companions. We understand the importance of dog health, temperament, and structure, and every breeding decision is made accordingly. We are also constantly improving our breeding program and take great pride in the versatile dogs we produce.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Australian Cattle Dog puppies are blue. Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies are red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Chelsie
Chelsie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Chelsie partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We ask $1500 for our Pembroke Welsh Corgis Price which includes $300 deposit. Price listed is for limited AKC registration. We do occasionally place our puppies with full AKC registration for an additional amount to approved homes. Deposits are nonrefundable but are transferable to a different litter of your choice. Picks are made in order of when deposits are received. Deposits are nonrefundable but are transferable to a different litter of your choice. Picks are made in order of when deposits are received. For our Australian Cattle Dogs we ask $350 which includes a $100 deposit. Our Cattle Dogs are not AKC registered. Deposits are nonrefundable but are transferable to a different litter of your choice. Litter update on 26 Apr •…I could easily spend hours sitting and watching them innocently play 🥰. I have a thousand other things I should be doing!! But I am enjoying sitting in the shade, listening to the birds chirp, smelling my lilac bushes being carried by the gentle breeze, and watching these cuties love life. Its a good reminder just to slow down and enjoy your surroundings ❤️. They need to find their own yards to play in! 4 are still 👀 for 🏡!!

Litter update on 15 Apr •…Meet Sparrow!! This little girl is so sweet and loving 🥰. She has an absolutely wonderful personality. She loves attention. One thing I love is that she is so patient to get attention from you. Her siblings will rush to jump all over you. She will sit and wait and then walk up when her siblings go running off to explore whatever caught their attention ❤️. She is mellow but independent. She does not know a strange dog 🤦♀️. Without hesitation she has attempted to go greet all of our adult dogs if she sees an opportunity.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Working with Chelsie was an amazing experience from start to finish! She kept me informed throughout the entire process and even met us halfway for pickup. She even gave us a puppy tote with everything we needed to get started with our puppy. Once we got home, she checked in for updates and it showed us she really cares for these pups. First time I ever used a service like this and honestly, I am so happy with my experience. Cheslie in general was amazing from the first message even until now asking for updates and just overall interested in seeing how the puppy is doing. She answered all questions thoroughly and taught my all about on how to be a Heeler Parent. The Cherry on top was allowing me to meet the little potato early and even including a Care Package full of puppy essentials! +8Chelsie was so wonderful through the whole process and I absolutely adore my pup. She got a clean bill of health at the vet and they said she was perfect (which I already knew). We’ve been able to exchange photos and it’s so nice to get a pup who was pretty much already potty trained, so socialized and so confident as a pup. Chelsie was in constant communication with me and I really appreciated it. I’m a first time pup mom and Chelsie was incredible with all my questions and concerns. So appreciate her and Daisy is doing so well. I’m so pleased with the service I received but you can also tell how much she cares for her pups and it shows in my little nugget. She’s confident, very headstrong, but mellow at the same time. I’m so glad I chose Chelsie for a breeder and I couldn’t be happier with my little pup.
