I'm Mara P., the breeder behind PNW Rotties & Frenchies located in Bremerton, WA. PNW Rotties & Frenchies is a small family-owned enthusiast kennel. We are a code of ethics breeder dedicated to the breed. We are committed to consistently striving to produce the very best. We breed for type, temperament, and health so we produce puppies that fit into show, work, and family companion homes.

    I am passionate about Rotties & Frenchies, and am dedicated to improving the quality and health. I'm committed to ethical practices, and driven by the positive impact my experience has on both the animals and the people who love them.

    My breeding program is special because of our unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of our animals. We prioritize ethical breeding practices, ensuring that all our animals are raised in a loving and nurturing environment. Our program focuses on enhancing specific traits such as temperament, health, and longevity, which are critical for the breed's improvement.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black and mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Mara

Mara has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $2,200 - $5,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Price includes Non-Refundable deposit, puppies being up to date on vaccines and deworming preventatives, AKC Registration, and written health guarantee. A $300 Non-Refundable Deposit Is Required In To Reserve A Puppy. In The Event That The Litter does Not Produce Enough Puppies We Will Transfer Your Deposit To The Next Litter. However, In The Event That Purchaser Backs Out, Deposit Is NON-REFUNDABLE, due to not being able to advertise said pup in a timely fashion."

Mara may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Juvenile Laryngeal Paralysis & Polyneuropathy (JLPP), DNA Profile, Full Embark Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
