I'm Rachel B., the breeder behind Perfectly Pampered Pomeranians located in Mesa, AZ. Perfectly Pampered Pomeranians is a small in-home program where our puppies are raised as part of daily family life. We focus on health, temperament, structure, and socialization through daily handling, early grooming, potty pad training, basic commands, and lots of love.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I used to think little dogs weren’t really for me—until Pomeranians changed my mind. They are the little dog for big dog people: bold, smart, funny, brave, and full of heart. Breeding grew from my love for the breed and a desire to raise healthy, confident, well-socialized companions with wonderful temperaments.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are raised in our home as part of daily life, not in a kennel. We focus on health, temperament, structure, early socialization, grooming exposure, potty pad training, and beginner commands. Each puppy is loved as our own, and we are careful about matching them with families who will treasure them.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream sable parti, cream parti, chocolate parti, black parti, orange, cream, tri-colored, orange sable, and cream sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Rachel

Rachel has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Rachel partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

“We match puppies around 8 weeks, once their personalities begin to shine. Our goal is to help each puppy find the family where they will be most loved and truly fit.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Pricing varies by puppy. Price includes vet check, first vaccine, health record, potty pad training started, socialization, grooming exposure, and transition support. A deposit reserves your puppy and applies to the total. Deposits are non-refundable once held. Final payment is due before the puppy goes home.”

Rachel may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
