I'm Dawn K., the breeder behind Pom Pom Pomskies and Pomeranians-TN located in New Tazewell, TN. We are pet owners first and foremost. All of our puppies are raised as members of our family until they’re ready to join yours. We are a small, in-home breeding program where we prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that we can. Our adults live in our home ( not outside) and only go outside to play or go potty. We cherish all of our animals and enjoy sharing the love of this breed with other individuals and families!
Q. & A. with Dawn
Why did you start breeding?
Growing up in the country you get hands-on experience with a lot of different animals. Our family decided to start breeding dogs because we saw a need for good quality puppies. it’s really hard to find a healthy well socialized puppy. We wanted to be able to provide that for people. We believe in providing a wonderful home for both our breeding dogs and our puppies.
What makes your program special?
Our dogs are all genetically tested before breeding, but first and foremost, live the luxury of a pet life. We feel it is important for our dogs to first and foremost be our pets, take walks, run off leash our backyard, and enjoy snuggles by the fireplace with our children. With your future puppy, we take the time to expose them to various things like an automatic vacuum, other animals, children, kennel training, various surfaces, loud noises, etc.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Pomsky puppies include toy, mini, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Pomsky puppies include wolf sable, silver and white, gray and white, blue, white, black and white, chocolate, and merle. Pomeranian puppies include orange sable, blue merle, and chocolate and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

These little guys are growing fast and trying to figure out what real puppy food is. Of course, as with any baby they learned through play so it’s gonna get a little messy :-) if you have any questions about our current letter, please feel free to give me a call at 321-977-1756, we currently have one Merle Mail, and one orange sable female available to go home December 6

It’s cute little guys are growing so quickly! They will be two weeks old tomorrow and are starting to open their eyes. I just love watching them grow and seeing their coats develop! It’s a little easier to see our orange sable in the photos now. She’s not just a dark puppy. You can now see some of the undertones in her coat. we still have two puppies available and all of them will be ready December 6 to go home. Currently their mother Bailey is also still available and she will also be ready December 6 to go to her forever home. We do have some interest in her, but nobody has committed yet. If you are interested in Bailey (mama dog) please feel free to reach out 321-977-1756. There will also be a small rehoming fee for Bailey.

About Bailey
Bailey is a spunky, little girl and 100% of mama‘s girl! She wants nothing more than to be next to me all day long! She’s very smart and quickly learned how to sit shake and give a high five. She was actually trained by my twin 10 year-old daughters. They love to teach your tricks and she loves to get treats and belly rubs :-) she is such a wonderful mama! She always make sure she knows where her little babies are at and wants to care for them and show them off. Every time I enter the room, she will open her leg so I can see the babies laying there nursing. She is so eager to share them with me :-)
Bailey had a difficult delivery and was recently retired. She had her first and last litter and will now be loved forever in her new home.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
