Meet the breeder

I'm Adrienne N., the breeder behind Porter Creek Corgis located in Boise, ID. We specialize in raising happy, healthy, and well-socialized Corgis that make loving family companions. We are committed to ensuring each puppy is given the best possible start in life. Our focus is to ensure we’re dedicated to matching families with the perfect Corgi puppy.

Q. & A. with Adrienne

  • Why did you start breeding?

I've loved animals my whole life, growing up with pets and developing a deep bond with them. After breeding Labs for six years, I recently began breeding Corgis. My goal is to share my passion for animals by raising healthy, well-socialized puppies that bring joy to their new families. Breeding allows me to pass on that love and ensure both dogs and owners have the best experience.
  • What makes your program special?

What makes my breeding program special is the focus on raising happy, well-socialized puppies in a loving, family environment. I prioritize temperament, ensuring each puppy is confident, friendly, and ready to adapt to their new home. Early socialization and personal care help my Corgis become wonderful companions. I’m dedicated to providing lifelong support to families, making sure every puppy thrives.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black and tan, brindle and white, blue merle and white, and brindle merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Adrienne

Adrienne has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Adrienne partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“I take great pride in every puppy I raise and am deeply committed to finding the right home for each one. Because these puppies are an important part of our family, I believe it's essential to get to know prospective families and learn about their lifestyle, experience with dogs, and what they are looking for in a companion. My goal is to ensure that each puppy is placed in a loving environment where their physical, emotional, and social needs will be met for years to come. For that reason, I take time to speak with families personally before making placement decisions, allowing me to thoughtfully match each puppy with the home that is the best fit for both the puppy and the family.”

Adrienne was super delightful to work with! Responsive and easy to talk to—you can tell she and her family really care about the animals in their care! Adrienne shared pictures and little updates of our pup every few days. Our pup is everything we expected and more 🥰

My experience with Porter Creek Corgis was nothing short of wonderful. From the very beginning, everything was straightforward, with all the important information about the puppies clearly listed. Communication was excellent—she responded quickly and consistently, providing updates and photos of my puppy leading up to the pick-up date. On the day of pick-up, she even prepared a thoughtful care package with some of his favorite toys and blankets so he could still have the comforting scent of his littermates. What truly stood out was her continued care even after I brought him home—she checked in to make sure he was adjusting well. Overall, the process was smooth, thoughtful, and filled with genuine care.

Adrienne was so quick to get back to us when we inquired about a puppy! She even drove out of her way to come meet us and made us feel confident in driving out to see her. All the paperwork and puppy items she gave us were so thoughtful. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get a puppy in the area!

Adrienne was the best! Helpful, knowledgeable and so accommodating. She was patient with all my questions, sent me updates every week. I really couldn't ask for better service. She even practically potty trained my nine week old pup before I picked her up! She and her husband met me at the airport for the handover. They were gracious enough to park and give me time for questions, etc. I HIGHLY recommend her and her pups.
